Additional Requirements:
- Registration: Candidates must be registered with Karnataka Medical Council (KMC) or NMC/MCI before joining.

Application Fees & Deposit
- Deposit of ₹1,00,000/- (Non-Interest Bearing) is required upon selection, payable to ESIC Fund A/C No.1.
- If the candidate resigns within one year, this amount will be forfeited as an administrative cost.

Terms & Conditions
- Contract-Based Position: This is a three-year contract with no claim for permanent employment.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- Candidates who have completed the three-year Senior Residency are NOT eligible.
- Candidates who worked under a one-year contract will be appointed for only two more years.
- If a candidate fails to join, the next eligible candidate from the waiting list will be considered.
- Screening Test: If there are too many applicants, a written test (MCQs) may be conducted.
- Negative marking will be applicable.
- Final selection will be based on interview performance.
