Qualifications & Experience

Essential Qualifications

• MBBS or BDS degree
• For other disciplines: Graduation with mandatory Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in:
  • Masters in Public Health (MPH)
  • Masters/MBA in Hospital Administration
  • Masters in Hospital Management
  • Masters in Health Administration
  • MBA in Health Care Management
  • MBA in Health Informatics/Health Care IT
  • MBA in Public Health (Health Administration)
  • PG Diploma in Public Health Management
  • PG Diploma in Healthcare Management
  • PG Diploma in Hospital Administration

Computer Proficiency

• MS Office proficiency
• Data Analysis skills using MS Excel/R/STATA

Work Experience

Desirable Qualification

• PhD in Healthcare/Hospital Management/Hospital Administration

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop financial proposals for NHM program implementation
2. Provide technical assistance for health program operationalization
3. Lead design, implementation, and monitoring of activities
4. Coordinate with program divisions and stakeholders
5. Develop action plans, reports, and other essential documents
6. Maintain up-to-date technical skills
7. Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and Hindi
8. Handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines
9. Travel up to 25% of the time as required
