Selection Process:

Position Selection Process
Group General Manager (Electrical) / Deputy General Manager (ARS) Based on eligibility, candidates meeting the criteria will be called for an interview. Document verification will be done before the interview. Candidates must carry their original certificates for verification, failing which they will not be allowed to attend the interview.
Deputy General Manager (Operations Safety) & Assistant Manager (Operations Safety) Selection process comprises Written Test/CBT (80% Weightage) and Interview (20% Weightage). The venue, date, and time of the Written Test/CBT and Interview will be notified on the website in advance. No request for change in date or venue of the selection process will be entertained. Document verification will be done before the interview.

Health/Medical Fitness:

Candidates should be physically and medically fit. Candidates suffering from critical diseases such as cancer or kidney/liver failure & transplantations will not be considered.

Service Bond and Probation Period:

Selected candidates will have to execute a Service Bond of Rs. 2 lakhs plus GST and cost of training, if any, to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of two years. After joining, an employee has to undergo a probation period as per Corporation Policy.
