  • Trainee Engineer – I: No prior experience required.
  • Project Engineer – I: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

  • Trainee Engineer – I: Maximum 28 years.
  • Project Engineer – I: Maximum 32 years.
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.

  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

Selection Process:

  • Trainee Engineer – I: Written test (merit-based selection).

Career Growth & Work Tenure:

  • Trainee Engineers will initially be engaged for two years, extendable to three years.
  • Project Engineers will be engaged for three years, extendable up to four years.
  • Promotion Opportunity: Trainee Engineers may be upgraded to Project Engineers after two years.
  • Retention Bonus: ₹25,000 per year, paid after four years for Project Engineers.
