Discipline Minimum Educational Qualification Desirable
General Graduation with 60% marks (General/OBC); 55% (SC/ST). MBA/Post-Graduation preferred.
Legal LLB with 60% (General/OBC); 55% (SC/ST). LLM or relevant legal experience.
HR Graduation and Post-graduation in HRM/Personnel Management.
Engineering B.E./B.Tech in relevant field with 60%/55%. M.E./M.Tech and experience in field.
IT Bachelor’s in IT/related fields; Certifications in Cybersecurity. Hands-on IT experience in public sector.
Actuary Graduation and passing 7 actuarial papers.
Insurance Graduation and Post-graduate Diploma in Insurance/Risk Management.
Medical (MBBS) MBBS with completed internship.
Finance B.Com with 60%/55%. CA/CFA/MBA Finance/M.Com preferred.

2. Salary and Benefits

  • Basic Pay: ₹50,925 per month.
  • Total Emoluments: Approx. ₹85,000 per month.

Selection Process

For Non-Medical Streams:

  1. Online Test (150 marks):
    • Reasoning, English, Numerical Ability, and Stream-Specific Topics.
  2. Group Discussion (GD): 20 marks.
  3. Interview: 30 marks.

For Medical Stream:

Selection is based on a two-level interview process.


Probation and Service Bond

  • Probation Period: 1 year (extendable by another year).
  • Service Bond: Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 4 years, failing which they are liable to pay damages equivalent to one year’s gross salary.

Exam Centers

Exams will be conducted in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and more. Candidates can choose their preferred center during registration.
