Qualifications

The eligibility criteria vary for candidates with 10+2 qualifications and those holding a Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy.

Qualification Eligibility Criteria
10+2 (Intermediate) Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with at least 50% marks in aggregate and English.
Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy Should meet the above criteria with 50% aggregate marks in the Diploma/B.Sc program. Must have valid registration from PCI.

Age Requirements:

  • 10+2 Candidates: Born between 03 July 2004 and 03 July 2008.
  • Diploma/B.Sc Candidates:
    • Unmarried: Born between 03 July 2001 and 03 July 2006.
    • Married: Born between 03 July 2001 and 03 July 2004.

Physical Standards:

  • Minimum Height: 152 cm.
  • Chest: Minimum 77 cm with a 5 cm expansion.
  • Vision: Correctable to 6/6 with refractive errors not exceeding +3.50D.

Stage Emoluments
During Training A stipend of ₹14,600/- per month.
Post Training Gross starting emoluments of ₹26,900/- per month, excluding allowances.

Selection Process

  1. Physical Fitness Test (PFT):

      • 7 minutes 30 seconds (candidates aged >21 with Diploma/B.Sc).
    • Additional Requirements:
      • 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 20 squats.
  2. Written Test:
    • Syllabus:
      • English (20 Questions) as per CBSE 10+2 syllabus.
      • Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA) (30 Questions).
    • Duration: 45 minutes.
  3. Adaptability Test-II:
    • Assesses the candidate’s ability to adapt to a military lifestyle.
  4. Medical Examination:
    • Conducted at 6 Air Force Hospital, Coimbatore in February 2025.
    • Includes a comprehensive health check covering visual acuity, dental health, and general fitness.
