Eligibility Criteria
Age
- Applicants must be at least 14 years old as of December 31, 2024.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have successfully completed ITI certification in the relevant trade.
Reservation Policy
- Reservations for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates will be implemented as per government regulations under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961.
Preference Policy
- 4:1:1 Ratio: Priority will be given to:
- 4 children of VPA employees,
- 1 candidate from CHD, and
- 1 outsider.
- Sub-Ratio for VPA employees’ children:
- 2 for children of deceased employees,
- 1 for children of medically invalidated and superannuated employees, and
- 1 for children of serving employees.

- Participate in one year of practical training within the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Department.
- Develop trade-specific skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Follow all training protocols and safety guidelines as instructed by VPA.
