- Diploma in Architectural Assistantship (3-year course), followed by four years of practical experience.

- Military Service: At least two years in the Territorial Army.
- NCC Certification: Holders of a “B” certificate from the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

- Maximum Age: 40 years (as of July 1, 2024)
