Educational Qualifications

Project Engineer-I B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant discipline
Trainee Engineer-I B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant discipline
Trainee Officer-I MBA (Finance) with Finance as the major specialization

Additional Requirements:

  • Degrees must be from recognized institutions with a PASS CLASS.
  • Candidates must provide a CGPA-to-percentage conversion certificate (if applicable).
  • Experience certificates are required for Project Engineer-I roles.

Experience Requirements

  • Project Engineer-I: Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Trainee Engineer-I / Officer-I: No experience required.

Age Limit (as of January 1, 2025)

  • Project Engineer-I: Maximum 32 years.
  • Trainee Engineer-I / Officer-I: Maximum 28 years.
  • Age relaxations apply:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC-NCL: 3 years
    • PwBD: 10 years

Selection Process

Trainee Engineer-I / Officer-I

  1. Written Test: 100 marks (objective-type).
    • General/EWS/OBC: 35% minimum qualifying marks.
    • SC/ST/PwBD: 30% minimum qualifying marks.

Project Engineer-I

  1. Written Test: 85% weightage.
  2. Interview: 15% weightage.
    • Minimum Qualifying Marks:
      • Written Test: General/EWS/OBC: 35%; SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
      • Interview: General/EWS/OBC: 35%; SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
