Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Stenography skills:
- Dictation for 10 minutes with a speed of 120 words per minute in English or Hindi stenography.
- Transcription time for dictation: 50 minutes (English) / 65 minutes (Hindi) (Only on Computer).

Job Description

The key duties of a Personal Assistant at EPFO include:

Taking dictation and typing from concerned officers
Handling telephone calls from members and field offices
Attending to visitors
Maintaining engagement schedules
Preparing tour programs and travel arrangements
Handling parliamentary work
Diarizing files and papers
Tracking important files and documents
Monitoring the management system for important references.

Job Location

Headquartered in New Delhi.
Officers recruited are liable to be posted anywhere in India.

Salary Information

Pay Scale: Level-07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) recommendations.

Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty-five only) for Unreserved (UR) / Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) / Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates.
