- PG Degree (DNB/DM/MCh) in the respective Super Specialty from a recognized institution (MCI/NMC approved).

- EWS/SC/ST/BC: Max 47 years
- Differently Abled: Max 52 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Max 50 years

- 75 Marks – Qualifying degree performance (DNB/DM/MCh)
- 10 Marks – Years since passing qualification
- 5 Marks – Candidates from Central Institutions
- 15 Marks – Contract service experience:
- Tribal Areas: 2.5 marks per 6 months
- Rural Areas: 2 marks per 6 months
- Urban Areas: 1 mark per 6 months
