Selection Process:

Career Growth & Work Tenure:

  • Trainee Engineers will initially be engaged for two years, extendable to three years.
  • Project Engineers will be engaged for three years, extendable up to four years.
  • Promotion Opportunity: Trainee Engineers may be upgraded to Project Engineers after two years.
  • Retention Bonus: ₹25,000 per year, paid after four years for Project Engineers.
