Job Description: The Management Trainee (Chemical) will be responsible for performing various functions/assignments as per the business requirements of the Company, including shift operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Running the plant safely and maintaining high standards of HSE
- Manufacturing and storage of products as per Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensuring efficient utilization of resources to optimize product quality, yield, and cost
- Contributing to continual improvement programs
Required Qualification:
- Regular full-time four years B.E. / B.Tech. or dual/integrated degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering OR
- Three years regular and full-time BE / B. Tech Engineering in Chemical Engineering
Minimum Percentage of Marks: Minimum 60 marks in the final year of Graduation Degree (55 marks for SC/ST category candidates)
Age Limit: Maximum 25 years of age as on 01.05.2023
Stipend: Rs. 30,000/- per month
Duration of Training: One year

Salary/Stipend: The trainee will receive a stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month. Upon completion of training, successful Management Trainees will be absorbed in the scale of pay of Rs.40,000-1,40,000/-.
Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must possess a regular full-time four years B.E. / B.Tech. or dual/integrated degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering OR a three-year regular and full-time BE / B. Tech Engineering in Chemical Engineering. Candidates must also have a minimum percentage of 60 marks in the final year of the Graduation Degree (55 marks for SC/ST category candidates). Candidates must not exceed 25 years of age as on 01.05.2023.
