Job Post: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited Apprenticeship
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited is a Maharatna Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Government of India. This organization is inviting applications for Apprenticeship under The Apprentices Act,1961 at the Corporate Center in Gurugram and PAL Manesar, Haryana. The training offered is for one year in various trades and is open to energetic, promising, and bright candidates.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who have passed their Government recognized degree, diploma, or certificate in any one of the trades listed below within two years as of the closing date of their application are eligible to apply. Also, candidates should be medically fit, as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961.

- Graduate (Electrical)
- Graduate (Computer Science)
- HR Executive
- CSR Executive
- PR Assistant
Training Slots: There are a total of 53 training slots available, which may vary on actual requirement and in compliance with the reservation as per the Apprentice Act 1961. As per company requirements, the training location will be assigned within the state.
Stipend: A stipend of INR 17,500 per month will be provided to the candidates who are selected for Apprenticeship. In case no company accommodation is provided, INR 2500 will be paid as an additional payment.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trade. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for verification of documents. After successful completion of this, submission of a medical certificate in the prescribed format and execution of the Apprenticeship Contract Agreement, a letter of engagement will be issued to the candidates.
General Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have completed 18 years of age and should not have undergone apprenticeship training in any organization for any duration. Also, candidates awaiting the results of their final examination or with job experience of more than one year will not be eligible to apply.
How to Apply: Interested candidates should first register themselves on the website of NAPS for HR Executive/ CSR Executive / Law Executive / PR Assistant/ ITI (Electrician) or NATS for Degree/ Diploma in Engineering. Once registration is completed, the candidates should apply on the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited’s website by following these steps:

Note: Incomplete applications or applications submitted without proper documents will be summarily rejected without any intimation. If the percentage marks are not mentioned in the final mark sheet, then candidates should upload the Percentage Conversion Letter issued by their college/university. If the date of the result declaration/publication is not mentioned in the mark-sheet, then the candidate must submit a supporting document/certificate mentioning the date of the result issued by the college/university. Candidates providing false information or providing documents that are not in order will be disqualified at any stage during the engagement process or during the period of engagement.
