About TSGENCO

TSGENCO is a pivotal organization of the Government of Telangana responsible for power generation in the state. Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university:

Assistant Engineer (Electrical) – Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) – Mechanical Engineering
Assistant Engineer (Electronics) – Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics & Control/Instrumentation & Control/Power Electronics
Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Civil Engineering

Applicants who have passed Sections A & B of AMIE (India) examinations are also eligible.

Experience Requirements

No prior experience is required. Candidates with completed Bachelor’s engineering degrees are eligible to apply.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 44 years (as of 01-07-2023)
Age relaxations per government rules apply.

Job Location

Selected candidates will be stationed at TSGENCO’s thermal power stations and hydroelectric projects spanning across Telangana in Zone I (Adilabad, Komaram Bheem, Mancherial, etc.) and Zone II (Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Mahabubnagar, etc.). Salary

Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs.65,600-1,12,420 (RPS-2022) along with additional allowances as per rules.
