This recruitment aims to enhance security operations at BEL’s Regional Product Support Centres (RPSCs) in Jodhpur, Pathankot, and Bathinda.

Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Security Officer (Ex-Servicemen), you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing security at BEL facilities in Jodhpur, Pathankot, and Bathinda.
- Implementing security protocols to protect BEL assets and personnel.
- Supervising security personnel and ensuring adherence to company security policies.
- Monitoring surveillance systems (CCTV, access controls, and security alarms).
- Liaising with law enforcement agencies for security coordination.
- Conducting risk assessments and security audits.
- Training staff on emergency response and security procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with government security regulations.
- Preparing detailed security reports and updating incident logs.
- Evaluating new security technologies and recommending improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Minimum Pass Class Required)
Experience Requirements
✔ Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in security operations, risk management, or defense security. ✔ Must have served in the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force as a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) at the time of retirement. ✔ Experience in industrial security, defense establishments, or PSU security is preferred.

Salary & Benefits
💰 Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000 per month + Allowances

Selection Process
The selection process consists of two stages:
📜 Stage 1: Written Test (85 Marks)
- Covers security management, intelligence, and surveillance.
- Candidates clearing the written test will proceed to the interview round.
📜 Stage 2: Interview (15 Marks)
- Shortlisted candidates (1:5 ratio) will be interviewed based on their security expertise.
- Candidates will be assessed on problem-solving skills, situational handling, and strategic security planning.
✔ Final selection is based on combined scores of Written Test + Interview.
✔ Results will be published on the BEL website.
✔ Appointment orders will be sent via email.
