Post-wise Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Assistant Manager (Official Language) – Post Code 101
- Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
- Should have studied English as one of the subjects up to graduation level.
- Should be well conversant in Hindi and familiar with Govt. of India instructions on Hindi as official language in PSUs/Central Govt. offices.
- Qualification in Hindi translation and MBA will be treated as an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in any reputed organisation.
2. Assistant Manager (Information Technology) – Post Code 102
- Qualification: BE (IT/CS), MCA or MBA/PGDM with specialization in IT/Systems from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
- Knowledge of ERP will be preferable.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a reputed public/private sector organisation in a responsible position.
3. Management Trainee (Marketing) – Post Code 103
- Qualification: MBA in Agri Business Management / Agriculture related Management equivalent to MBA from a recognized University/Institution.

- Qualification: CA or CMA.

Probation Period
Selected candidates will be on probation for 12 months (1 year) of active service. Confirmation will be issued only after successful completion of probation and written communication from Management.
Service Bond
Selected candidates are required to execute a Service Bond to serve a minimum period of 3 years in the Corporation after joining, or pay an amount equal to 3 months’ basic pay (basic pay as on date of separation) in lieu thereof.

General Conditions & Instructions
- Candidates must satisfy themselves about their eligibility before applying.
- All qualifications must be from recognized Universities/Institutes/Boards.
- Only aggregate percentage up to two decimal places should be entered; no rounding off.
