Selection Process

1. Screening of applications by a Screening Committee.
2. Trade Test in the relevant trade (qualifying in nature).
3. Written Examination (OMR/Computer based, 150 questions, 2 hours 30 minutes): Paper-I Mental Ability Test (50 questions, 100 marks, qualifying); Paper-II General Awareness and English (25 + 25 questions, 75 marks each, 1 negative mark per wrong answer); Paper-III Concerned Subject (50 questions, 150 marks).
4. The final merit list is prepared on marks in Paper-II and Paper-III only.
