Position Details:

• JRF01 – Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science: 7 positions
• JRF02 – Mechanical Engineering: 7 positions
• JRF03 – Chemical Engineering: 2 positions
• JRF04 – Physics: 2 positions

Eligibility Criteria:

For Engineering Specializations (JRF01, JRF02, JRF03):

• B.E./B.Tech with First Class in relevant field AND valid GATE score, OR
• M.E./M.Tech with First Class in relevant field

For Physics (JRF04):

• M.Sc in Physics with First Division AND valid NET qualification

Pay & Benefits:

• Stipend: Rs. 37,000 per month + HRA as per DRDO rules
• Tenure: Maximum 4 years (Initial 2 years, extendable by 2 more years)
• Medical: Medical facilities available through MI Room
• PhD: Part-time PhD registration allowed with Director approval

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 28 years (as on interview closing date)
• Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years as per government rules
