No DA, residential accommodation, CGHS or medical reimbursement is admissible, but TA/DA is payable for official domestic travel.

Admin & Allied (HRD) – 340	Retired at Pay Level 6 with experience relevant to the post (see TOR in Annexure III)	Training needs, higher studies sponsorship, apprentices, JRFs, awards, APAR compilation, ISO records and events. Prior DRDO experience is preferred.

General conditions: unblemished service record, a gap of at least 15 days between retirement and appointment as Consultant, and good oral and written communication skills.

Selection Process

1. A local committee checks basic eligibility and fit with the Terms of Reference.
2. A Screening Committee shortlists candidates. A merit panel including wait-listed candidates stays valid for six months.
3. The Directorate of Personnel, DRDO HQ issues the Offer of Appointment after approval of the competent authority.
4. Pre-appointment verification covers PPO, medical fitness and police verification.
5. The selected candidate signs the Contract Agreement and NDA on Rs. 500 non-judicial stamp paper.
