Selection Process

1. Grade C and Grade B posts: Computer Based Test (100 marks, 1 hour 30 minutes, 85% weightage) followed by Personal Interview (15 marks). Candidates qualifying in the CBT are called for the interview in the ratio of 1:5. The minimum CBT qualifying marks are 50 out of 100 for UR, OBC (NCL) and EWS posts and 40 out of 100 for PwBD posts.
2. Grade A posts (Hindi Officer and Confidential Secretary): Computer Based Test followed by a Proficiency Test / Skill Test.

Selected candidates serve a probationary period of one year. Grade B candidates must execute a service bond to serve the Company for a minimum of three years from the date of joining.
