Selection Process

1. Written exam (120 marks, 2 hours): Chhattisgarh and general Indian knowledge (30), general Hindi (20), general English (20), general reasoning and numerical ability (30) and basic computer knowledge (20). There is no negative marking.
2. Skill or practical test (30 marks): A typing or practical test for the post, for shortlisted candidates.
3. Final merit (100 marks): Written test (60 marks), skill test (30 marks) and past experience (10 marks).

Minimum qualifying marks are 30% in the written test and 50% in the skill test. Ties are decided by date of birth, and final selection depends on document verification.
