Qualifications

To be eligible for the Technician (Diploma) Apprenticeship, you must have:

  • A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) from a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in the relevant discipline.
  • A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) from a recognized University in the relevant discipline.
  • A Diploma in Engineering and Technology from an institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.

Application Process

For Students Already Enrolled in the National Web Portal:

  1. Login
  2. Click Establishment Request Menu
  3. Click Find Establishment
  4. Upload Resume
  5. Choose Establishment Name
  6. Type “TANGEDCO” and search
  7. Click Apply
  8. Click Apply again

For Students Not Yet Enrolled in the National Web Portal:

  1. Visit NATS Portal
  2. Click Student
  3. Click Student Register
  4. Complete the Application Form
  5. Obtain your unique Enrolment Number (ATN… ……..)
  6. After Enrollment:
    • Login
    • Search “TANGEDCO” under Apply against advertised vacancies
    • Click Apply (You have successfully applied for the vacancy)

Note: Ensure you enter the percentage of marks in the Graduate / Diploma/ Non-Engineering Graduate Examination in the column “% of marks / CGPAx10” in the NATS portal. Applications without this information will not be considered.

Additional Information

  • Travel Expenses: No TA/DA will be paid for attending certificate verification.
  • Boarding/Lodging: No boarding or lodging expenses will be provided.
  • Post Apprenticeship Employment: Completion of the Apprenticeship does not guarantee employment with TANGEDCO.
