Selected candidates are placed at the minimum basic pay of their grade. The package also includes dearness allowance, perquisites and allowances at 35% of basic pay under the cafeteria scheme, performance-related pay, company accommodation or HRA, and other benefits as per company rules.

LLB is desirable

Qualifications must be regular and full-time from Indian universities or institutes recognised by AICTE or the appropriate statutory authority. Internship, training, apprenticeship and teaching periods do not count as experience.

Selection Process

Selection is based on marks obtained in the Personal Interview, and a Group Discussion is also referred to in the instructions. A minimum of 50% overall marks is needed for empanelment, which is done in order of merit. Candidates must also be medically fit. Meeting the eligibility conditions does not guarantee a call for interview.

2. Enter your basic information using the same name as on the Class X marksheet.
3. Fill in academic and professional qualifications, language details, address and experience with exact periods of service.
4. Upload the scanned photograph, signature, marksheets, experience certificates, category certificate (if applicable), Form 16, payslips and CTC certificate in the sizes and formats given in the notification.
5. Save the form. General, OBC (NCL) and EWS candidates pay the fee through SBIePay and then submit; others submit directly.
