Technician	B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognised University OR DMLT from a recognised University with at least one (1) year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field	Desirable: experience of handling hospital and clinical samples for research work; experience in using and maintaining digital data via collection devices; basic computer skills; valid driving licence and ability to use a two-wheeler with helmet
Field Worker	Standard 10th (Secondary) with at least five (5) years of relevant post-qualification experience in clinical research or field activities OR Standard 12th (Higher secondary) with at least three (3) years of relevant experience OR DMLT with at least one (1) year of relevant experience OR Graduate degree in any discipline with at least one (1) year of relevant experience in clinical research or field activities	Desirable: good communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to undertake field or home visits; valid driving licence and ability to use a two-wheeler with helmet
