1. Shortlisting of applicants based on the Academic/Research score (UGC Regulation 2018, Appendix II Table 2 and 3A). If applications are many, candidates may be shortlisted in about a 1:15 ratio.
2. Interview of shortlisted candidates. For Assistant Professor, the selection is based only on interview performance.
