Post-wise Eligibility (At a Glance)

1. System Administrator

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech or Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or equivalent.
  • Core skills: System admin, network management, hardware troubleshooting, IT helpdesk; Windows/Linux, basic LAN/WAN, cybersecurity basics.
  • Experience: 1+ year in IT system administration, preferably in Govt./PSU IT projects; hands-on in servers, workstations, internet & IT assets.
  • Desirable: CompTIA A+ / Network+ / MS/Linux admin certificates; e‑Governance experience.
  • Pay: Rs. 40,000/- per month.

2. Clerk

  • Education: Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook; digital file handling.
  • Experience: 1+ year in admin/secretarial/clerical roles in Govt., PSU or reputed private organisation.
  • Bonus if you have: Knowledge of Kerala Secretariat Manual, Govt. office procedures, digital document systems, or PMU/e‑Govt project experience.
  • Pay: Rs. 30,000/- per month.

3. Accountant

  • Education: B.Com. CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Skills: Double-entry accounts, financial statements, Tally/ERP, strong Excel.
  • Experience: 2+ years in accounts/finance, ideally in Govt./statutory body/PSU or externally-aided project; exposure to fund tracking, vouchers, bank reconciliation, statements.
  • Bonus if you know: Kerala Financial Code, Govt. financial rules, treasury/SPARK, GST and audit processes.
  • Pay: Rs. 30,000/- per month.

4. Office Assistant

  • Education: SSLC (Class X) pass; higher qualification is a plus.
  • Skills: Basic computer use; printer/scanner/photocopier; Malayalam fluency with basic English.
  • Experience: 1+ year in any office or Govt./public sector set‑up; record and dispatch handling/front office experience preferred.
  • Desirable: Willingness to travel to temple sites and regional offices.
  • Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month.

What You’ll Do (Key Duties)

System Administrator

  • Keep PMU servers, PCs and network up and running.
  • Handle IT helpdesk issues for staff.
  • Maintain IT asset register and coordinate with vendors/AMC.
  • Support security, user access and backup policies.
  • Work closely with KITFRA’s technical team.

Clerk

  • Manage letters, dak, dispatch and filing.
  • Maintain registers and digital records as per PMU norms.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes and follow‑up notes.
  • Arrange meetings, travel and basic logistics.
  • Support procurement files and compliance reports.

Accountant

  • Maintain PMU books as per TDB Double Entry Accounting Rules 2012.
  • Handle payments, vouchers and project bank ledger.
  • Prepare monthly accounts, utilisation and burn‑rate reports.
  • Support Finance Officer for TDB/High Court reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors; prepare UCs and reimbursement claims.

Office Assistant

  • Take care of photocopying, scanning, binding and dispatch.
  • Handle inward/outward dak and internal file movement.
  • Help keep the office and meeting spaces organised.
  • Assist during meetings, visits and events.
  • Support Clerks/Accountants and manage petty logistics.

CMD will decide the exact process based on number and quality of applications. It may include:
