Selection Process

• Assistant Manager posts: online test, then document verification and interview. Candidates are shortlisted in the ratio 1:5 and the interview carries 30 marks. Weightage of exam to interview is 85:15.
• Junior Executive posts: online test, then document verification, with shortlisting in the ratio 1:3.
• Each online exam has 202 questions for 230 marks in 3 hours, with sectional timing and 1/4 negative marking.
• Qualifying marks in Professional Knowledge and the Descriptive Test are 40% for UR and 35% for others. Ties are broken by age. A wait list of up to 100% of vacancies may be kept.

How to Apply

1. Keep scanned files ready as per Annexure II: photograph (4.5 x 3.5 cm), signature in ink, left thumb impression and a handwritten English declaration.
2. Visit www.cewacor.nic.in and open “Career @CWC (Direct Recruitment)-2026”.
3. Choose Apply Online for Advt 2026/01 and click “New Registration”. Note the registration number and password sent by SMS and email.
4. Fill in the form using Save and Next, then upload the documents.
5. Preview the form and click “Complete Registration”. No change is possible afterwards.
6. Pay the fee online and download the e-receipt.
7. Take a printout and keep it safe. Do not send it to CWC.

Note that a bond of Rs 1,00,000 (Assistant Manager) or Rs 50,000 (Junior Executive) for 2 years applies. Serving government or PSU employees need an NOC at document verification. Only one application per post is allowed.
