Experience certificates are accepted from the Indian Navy’s Hydrographic Service, the Hydrographic Survey Wing of Kerala, the Survey Organisation of the Ministry of Transport, maritime State hydrographic survey organisations and the hydrographic survey organisations of major Indian ports. Equivalent qualifications are accepted only if the Government Order proving equivalence is produced at verification.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years.
• Maximum Age: 40 years.
• Date of Birth Range: between 02/01/1986 and 01/01/2008 (both dates included).
• Age Relaxation: SC, ST and OBC candidates get the usual relaxation. Other relaxations are as per Part II, para 2 of the General Conditions.
