Selection Process
- Selection is made on the basis of a computer based test (MCQs) or interview, or both.
- The computer based test is based on understanding of research methods. It is of qualifying nature and the minimum qualifying mark is the 75th percentile.
- Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility in age, qualification and experience are shortlisted first. If there are too many, ICMR may shortlist further, generally preferring higher experience or higher qualification.
