TCIL has been awarded a major project by the Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC) to establish ICT labs, smart classrooms, provide hardware, software, and computer education services in 350 government middle schools across Jharkhand on a BOOT (Build-Own-Operate-Transfer) model.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline WITH minimum one-year PGDCA OR
- Graduate in any discipline WITH at least one year certificate/diploma in Computer Application, Computer Science, IT, etc. OR
- Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology OR
- Passed ‘O/A/B’ level course from NIELIT (DOEACC Society) OR
- Graduation/Post-Graduation with Computer/IT as a compulsory subject OR
- MCA / BCA / B.Sc. IT / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech
Desirable Qualifications:
- B.Ed / M.Ed preferred
- Well-versed in basic computer operations
- Awareness of ICT in school education and ICT tools
- Experience in teaching, software development, technical consultancy
Location: The ICT Instructors will be deployed at 350 government middle schools located across all districts of Jharkhand state.
Salary: Consolidated emoluments including employee and employer contributions:
- 1st Year: Rs. 10,000 per month
- 2nd Year: Rs. 10,000 per month
- 3rd Year: Rs. 11,000 per month
- 4th Year: Rs. 11,000 per month
- 5th Year: Rs. 12,000 per month

Selection Process:
- Online/Offline Computer Based Test (CBT)/Skill Test (40% weightage)
