Qualifications:

Manager (Generalist)
  • Educational Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Work Experience: 5 years of experience in Banking/Financial industry or hospitality sector preferred.
  • Age: Between 25 and 35 years (born between 02.05.1989 and 01.05.1999).
Manager (PS&BT)
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science), B.Sc (IT), MCA, or equivalent from reputed institutes.
  • Work Experience: 5 years of experience in IT departments within the Banking/Financial sector or IT industry.
  • Age: Between 25 and 35 years (born between 02.05.1989 and 01.05.1999).
Manager (Legal)
  • Educational Qualification: LLB or equivalent from reputed institutes.
  • Work Experience: 5 years of experience in handling legal matters in Banking/Financial sector or legal firms preferred.
  • Age: Between 25 and 35 years (born between 02.05.1989 and 01.05.1999).

Mumbai, India

Salary:

  • Basic Pay: ₹45,600 – ₹108,900 per month.
  • Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Telephone Allowance, Annual Leave Travel Allowance, Annual Medical Aid, Annual Performance Incentive.
  • Total Emoluments: Approximately ₹10.92 Lakhs per annum (excluding Annual Performance Incentive).
  • Other Benefits: Family floater medical insurance policy, Term Life Insurance cover of ₹25 Lakhs, Superannuation benefits like Gratuity, Leave Encashment, PF/EPS as per EPF Act, 1952. Lease accommodation as per IBA Lease Rental Policy.

  • Qualifying marks in the interview/selection process will be decided by IBA.
  • In case of tie scores, candidates will be ranked by age in descending order.

  • Ensure eligibility for the post as on the cut-off date (01.05.2024) and that all particulars furnished are correct.
