The annual CTC is negotiable and depends on the candidate’s experience, current emoluments in the present employment and place of posting. The number of vacancies is provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the Bank. The contract period is 5 years, renewable for another 4 years at the discretion of the Bank, subject to conditions stipulated by the Bank. Selection Process
- Shortlisting: A shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank decides the shortlisting parameters. Meeting the minimum qualification and experience does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
- Interview: One or more rounds of personal / video interview. The interview carries 100 marks, and the qualifying marks are decided by the Bank.
- CTC Negotiation: The Bank may negotiate the Cost to Company (CTC) with shortlisted / provisionally qualified candidates, either at the time of the interview or subsequently.
The merit list is prepared in descending order on the basis of interview scores only. If candidates score equal marks at the cut-off point, they are ranked according to age in descending order.
