Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of marks secured in the Written Examination (Objective Type), conducted either in OMR-based offline mode or Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) mode. The mode will be notified by the Commission.
- Written Examination (Objective Type): Paper-I and Paper-II as given below. Appearing in all papers is compulsory.
- Merit List: Candidates will be selected in order of merit against the vacancies available in the concerned Engineering Branch. Allotment is confined to Multi Zone-II only.
- Verification and Medical Examination: Original documents may be verified and appointment is subject to the candidate being found medically fit.
Minimum qualifying marks: OC, Sportspersons and EWS – not less than 40%; BCs – not less than 35%; SCs, STs and PHs – not less than 30%.

Paper-II is based on the candidate’s branch: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Computer Science Engineering & Information Technology (degree level). The written examination centres are Hyderabad (including HMDA jurisdiction), Nalgonda, Sangareddy and Mahabubnagar, or as decided by the Commission.
How to Apply
- Visit the official TGPSC website https://www.tgpsc.gov.in. First-time applicants must complete the One Time Registration (OTR) and obtain a TGPSC ID.
- Click the Online Application link, enter your TGPSC ID and Date of Birth, and log in with the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
- Verify the details fetched from the OTR database, such as name, date of birth, educational qualifications, community, gender, disability, ex-servicemen and sports details.
- Select the examination centre and preview the application carefully.
- Click “Save & Payment” and pay the prescribed fee online through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or UPI.
- After payment, click “Confirm & Submit”, then download the PDF application form and keep the Reference ID for future reference.
Upload a recent colour passport size photograph (100 KB – 200 KB) and scanned signature (20 KB – 30 KB) in JPG/PNG format. Applications sent by any mode other than online will not be accepted.
