Selection Process

• Written exam: 120 marks, 2 hours. Part 1 (40 marks) covers Chhattisgarh and India GK, General Hindi, General English and General Aptitude and Reasoning. Part 2 (80 marks) is subject-specific.
• Skill / practical test: 30 marks, held for the top 10 candidates per post from the written merit list.
• Experience marks: Up to 10 marks for prior daily-wage service at the university.
• Final merit: Written marks scaled to 60, plus skill test (30) and experience (10), total 100. Ties are broken in favour of the older candidate.

Candidates choose two exam districts from Jagdalpur, Dantewada, Bijapur, Sukma, Kondagaon, Narayanpur, Kanker, Raipur, Bilaspur and Surguja, and the university allots one of them.
