Eligibility Criteria

For Trade (ITI) Apprentices
- Candidates should have passed in the relevant trade of NCVT pattern designated by D.G.E.&T, except Glass Former and Processor.

- For Glass Former and Processor, the qualification is pass in 8th standard from a recognized school.
For Technician (Diploma) Apprentices
- Candidates should have a full-time Diploma in relevant Engineering or Technology discipline from a recognized State Council, Board, University or Institution.
For Graduate (Degree) Apprentices
- Candidates should have a full-time graduate degree from a recognized university or institution in the relevant discipline.
- Engineering Graduate post requires B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Non-Engineering Graduate post requires Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- Graduate and Technician candidates who passed in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 are eligible.
Not Eligible
- Any Post Graduation, including integrated PG course.
- Candidates from non-approved institutions by AICTE, DOTE or UGC.
- Candidates who already underwent apprenticeship training earlier or are pursuing apprenticeship in the same qualification.
- Candidates with one year or more work experience after acquiring the essential qualification.
- Sandwich diploma, private diploma, part-time, distance, short-term and certificate courses are not acceptable.
