Senior Relationship Manager: Deputy Manager	Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University, AND NISM V A / NISM V D and/or IRDA IC38 certification. Preferred: 2 years full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Management, MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking), CFP, CFA or equivalent; NISM XIII and NISM Series XXI-A.	Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management / Investment Advisory / Portfolio Management with banks, broking firms, security firms, asset management companies or the Financial Services Sector.

Post-qualification experience of less than six months in any organization as on 01.11.2026 will not be considered. Experience in clerical cadre and teaching and training experience will not be counted.

Selection Process

1. Application scrutiny and shortlisting based on qualifications, relevant work experience, domain expertise and suitability.
2. Online test, psychometric test or any other test, if the bank decides to conduct it.
3. Personal interview. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview are 60% for General and EWS candidates and 55% for other reserved categories.

The bank reserves the right to change the selection method. The engagement is for an initial period of 5 years (Officer on Contractual Basis, OCB1 to OCB4), extendable by a maximum of 5 more years, and is valid up to a maximum age of 60 years or the end of the term, whichever is earlier.
