Essential Qualifications

- Stenography skills:
- Dictation for 10 minutes with a speed of 120 words per minute in English or Hindi stenography.
- Transcription time for dictation: 50 minutes (English) / 65 minutes (Hindi) (Only on Computer).
Job Description
The key duties of a Personal Assistant at EPFO include:
- Taking dictation and typing from concerned officers
- Handling telephone calls from members and field offices
- Attending to visitors
- Maintaining engagement schedules
- Preparing tour programs and travel arrangements
- Handling parliamentary work
- Diarizing files and papers
- Tracking important files and documents
- Monitoring the management system for important references.
Job Location
- Headquartered in New Delhi.
- Officers recruited are liable to be posted anywhere in India.
Salary Information
- Pay Scale: Level-07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) recommendations.
