Terms of Engagement
- The tenure is one year, extendable up to three years for Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Senior Resident (3 Year). For Senior Resident (1 Year), Medical Officer in DCBO and Part Time Ayurvedic Physician the tenure is one year only.
- The engagement is purely contractual, with no claim to regularisation, PF, pension or gratuity.
- Private practice is not permitted for Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Senior Resident and Medical Officer in DCBOs.
- No TA/DA is paid for the interview or joining, and no accommodation is provided by ESIC.
