Candidates employed in Government / PSU must also have 2 years of service in the immediate lower pay scale. For posts at E-7 and above, private sector candidates must have worked in the last two years in a company with annual turnover of at least Rs. 100 crore. Selection Process

• All posts except Junior Manager: Selection through interview only. The management may raise the minimum criteria for shortlisting in case of a large response.
• Junior Manager posts: Written test of 85 marks and interview of 15 marks. Candidates scoring 50% or above (UR and EWS) or 45% or above (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD, if the post is reserved) in the written test are shortlisted for document verification and interview. The qualifying marks for the interview are the same percentages. Final selection is by aggregate marks of written test and interview.

Outstation candidates qualified for interview are paid travelling allowance (economy class air fare for CGM/GM, AC II tier for AGM and below) on production of proof of journey.

How to Apply

2. Click “Apply Online” and select the post. Read the eligibility and terms before applying.
3. Keep scanned copies ready: photograph, signature, SSC certificate (date of birth proof), educational mark sheets and degree, caste certificate, experience certificates and Aadhaar card.
4. Fill in the form, pay the Rs. 500 fee online (if applicable) and submit. Apply separately, with a separate fee, for each post.
