Centre of Excellence for Zero Emission Trucking (CoEZET)

CoEZET is an initiative under the Department of Engineering Design at IIT Madras. It aims to revolutionize the automotive sector by promoting zero-emission trucking solutions. Job Description

The CEO of CoEZET will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the center, ensuring alignment with its vision and mission. The key responsibilities include:

• Managing all staff and projects within CoEZET.
• Liaising with the faculty team, ICSR, institute and department administration.
• Interacting with external stakeholders such as government bodies, the automotive industry, R&D organizations like the Automotive Research Association of India, policymakers, and NGOs.
• Reporting to the Governing Council of CoEZET.
• Leading and guiding the team with effective solutions and robust reviews on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• BE/BTech with at least 60%.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years in the automotive domain.

Skills:

• Proven leadership track record.
• Excellent networking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
