Key Responsibilities:

As a Work Engineer/Civil on contract, you will play a crucial role in contributing to IRCON’s ambitious infrastructure development projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and managing civil engineering aspects of construction projects
• Ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints
• Coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution
• Conducting site inspections and monitoring progress
• Preparing technical reports and maintaining project documentation

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full-time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/UGC
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Building Construction works as on 01.05.2024
• Maximum age limit of 30 years as on 01.05.2024 (age relaxation as per government norms)

Note: Teaching/Articleship training/consultancy/freelancing experience will not be considered as relevant experience.

Location:

The initial posting for the selected candidates will be at IRCON’s projects in New Delhi or Maharashtra. However, they should be willing to be posted at other project locations across India as per the company’s requirements and operational needs.

Salary and Benefits:

• Attractive fixed consolidated pay of Rs. 36,000 per month
• Annual increment of Rs. 2,000 after each completed year of service
• Medical Health Insurance Policy coverage of Rs. 3 Lakhs (self) with a ceiling of Rs. 4,000 premium per annum (reimbursable)
• Provident Fund contributions as per statutory norms
• Leave, weekly offs, and public holidays as per company policy
• TA/DA admissible for outstation duties
