Qualifications

General Qualifications for all IT Positions:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics, OR Master of Computer Application (MCA), OR BCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics.

Specific Job Descriptions and Additional Qualifications:

1. Executive (Associate Consultant – Payment Application Support)
   • Oversee day-to-day payment operations, monitor transaction processing.
   • Experience in Card management, AEPS, IMPS, UPI, production support, ITIL, and SDLC processes.
   • Coordination with internal business functions and vendors.
2. Executive (Consultant – Payment Application Support)
   • Similar to Associate Consultant role but requires more experience.
   • Additional responsibility of managing new features implementation.
3. Executive (Senior Consultant – Payment Application Support)
   • Manage day-to-day operations and integration of payment products.
   • Review architecture of payment systems and manage SLAs with vendors.
   • Requires experience in team management and Cards/Switch operations.
4. Executive (Associate Consultant – IT Support)
   • Monitor IT systems and ensure operational efficiency.
   • Address and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
5. Executive (Consultant – IT Support)
   • Similar to Associate Consultant but with greater responsibility.
   • Lead IT support teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
6. Executive (Senior Consultant – Core Insurance Solution)
   • Implement core insurance solutions, manage integration with channels.
   • Experience in architecture design, SLA management, and stakeholder management.
7. Executive (Senior Consultant – Data Governance / Database Activity Monitoring)
   • Define data governance policies, implement security controls, and monitor data activities.
   • Experience with Oracle AVDF, data security regulations, and ISO 27001 preferred.
8. Executive (Senior Consultant – DC Manager)
   • Manage data center operations including servers, storage, network equipment, and infrastructure.
   • Experience in data center migration and coordination with facility providers.
9. Executive (Senior Consultant – Channels Lead)
   • Lead channel integration projects and ensure seamless operations.
