Job Title: Executive (on Contract) 2023-24
IDBI Bank Ltd. is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Executive (on contract) 2023-24. The recruitment process will be strictly on an all India basis as per the selection process enumerated below.
Job Description: The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out various banking activities such as customer service, account opening, loan processing, cash handling, and other related tasks. They will also be required to cross-sell various banking products and services to customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: The candidate must be between 20 to 25 years of age as on May 1, 2023.
- Education Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized university. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria. The university/institute should be recognized/approved by Government; Government Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC etc.
Selection Process: The selection process for the post of Executive (on contract) 2023-24 will consist of an Online Test followed by a Personal Interview.
Online Test: The online test will consist of objective type questions with a total duration of 90 minutes. The test will cover topics such as Reasoning Ability, Working English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude.
Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify in the online test will be called for a personal interview. The interview panel will assess the candidate’s communication skills, knowledge about banking products and services, and overall suitability for the job.

Salary and Benefits: Selected candidates will be offered a fixed term contract with a consolidated remuneration of Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year, Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year, and Rs.34,000/- per month in the third year of service. In addition to this, they will also be eligible for other benefits such as medical insurance, leave travel allowance, and performance-based incentives.
