Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- For Junior Technical Superintendent:
- B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in relevant branch with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Government/PSU organizations preferred
- For Junior Superintendent:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
- Minimum 6 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in Government/PSU organizations preferred
- For Horticulture Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Forestry with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- For Assistant Security Officer:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
- Military/Police/NCC/Fire Fighting training
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to ride light vehicles/motorcycles
- For Multi Tasking Staff:
- Matriculation/SSLC

Salary Information:
As per 7th Central Pay Commission pay scales:
- Junior Technical Superintendent, Junior Superintendent, Horticulture Assistant, Assistant Security Officer: Level 6 – Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400
- Multi Tasking Staff: Level 1 – Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900
