Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• For Junior Technical Superintendent:
  • B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in relevant branch with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Government/PSU organizations preferred
• For Junior Superintendent:
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
  • Minimum 6 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience in Government/PSU organizations preferred
• For Horticulture Assistant:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Forestry with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• For Assistant Security Officer:
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
  • Military/Police/NCC/Fire Fighting training
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to ride light vehicles/motorcycles
• For Multi Tasking Staff:
  • Matriculation/SSLC

Salary Information:

As per 7th Central Pay Commission pay scales:

• Junior Technical Superintendent, Junior Superintendent, Horticulture Assistant, Assistant Security Officer: Level 6 – Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400
• Multi Tasking Staff: Level 1 – Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900
