Qualifications and Experience
Assistant Manager (Technical)
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Electronics & Communication
- Experience: 5 years in telecom
Deputy Manager (Technical)
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/ Telecom/ Computer Science
- Experience: 2 years in telecom
Deputy Manager (Marketing)
- Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing
- Experience: 2 years in relevant field
Assistant Manager (Finance)
- Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance
- No experience required.
Assistant Manager (HR)
- Educational Qualification: MBA in HR
- No experience required.

Salary Package
The pay scale and approximate CTC offered for these posts are:
- Assistant Manager (E-0 Level): Pay Scale – ₹30,000-1,20,000, CTC – ₹9 Lakh p.a.
- Deputy Manager (E-1 Level): Pay Scale – ₹40,000-1,40,000, CTC – ₹12 Lakh p.a.
In addition, selected candidates will be eligible for annual performance-related pay.
Age Limit
The minimum and maximum age limit varies for different posts:
- Assistant Manager – Minimum 21 years, Maximum 28 years
- Deputy Manager – Minimum 21 years, Maximum 30 years Age relaxations applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on:
- Online Exam – 150 marks
- Personal Interview – 50 marks
The online exam will test professional knowledge and aptitude comprising multiple-choice questions.
