Qualifications and Experience:
The eligibility criteria vary for different posts. Main education qualifications required include:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, IT, Law, etc.
- Professional Qualifications like CA, CS, LLB
- Training/Certifications in the relevant domain
Minimum 3 years to maximum 21 years of post-qualification executive work experience in power sector/infrastructure financing/financial institutions/Banks etc. Relaxation in experience applicable for departmental candidates as per REC rules.
Job Location:
Across India. Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in the country.
Salary Package:
Attractive Compensation package including Basic Pay, DA, HRA/Leased Accommodation, Allowances, Medical Facility, Performance Related Pay etc. as per IDA pay scale and REC policies.
Pay Scale:
- Minimum – Rs. 50,000 per month (E2)
- Maximum – Rs. 2,80,000 per month (E8)
